Central to my approach is the belief in acceptance and awareness as pillars for building a strong, healthy self. Together, we'll confront your inner critic with empathy and compassion, guiding you towards a more empowering view of yourself. We will create a safe space for you to explore and process, where you will also be able to receive specific feedback.
