Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a mental health treatment involving a trained professional with extensive education, training and experience working with an individual, family, or couple to address cognitive, behavioral and emotional issues. Psychotherapy aims to improve mental health, reduce distress and develop and strengthen coping skills.
Adolescent & Teen Therapy
Adolescents and teens face a number of challenges in navigating today’s world. Issues ranging from anxiety, depression, identity issues, academic stress, family conflict, or peer pressure can all impact young people and their mental health. Therapy can help adolescents and teens build confidence, improve communication skills, and develop new coping strategies. By building a trusting relationship with a therapist, adolescents and teens gain insight, self-awareness, and the tools to manage life’s many ups and downs—empowering them to show up as their best self during this important stage of development.
Couples & Parents
Couples therapy offers a safe and supportive setting for partners to explore their relationship, address conflicts, and enhance emotional closeness. Whether you're facing communication challenges, issues with intimacy, life transitions, trust issues, or simply want to strengthen your connection, therapy provides the tools to deepen understanding and gain new insights. With guidance from a trained therapist, couples can learn to rebuild trust, improve conflict resolution, and co-create a more fulfilling partnership.
Therapy for parents offers a supportive space to navigate both the emotional and practical challenges of raising children. Whether you're dealing with stress, parenting conflicts, behavioral concerns, or balancing personal and family needs, therapy helps you develop effective strategies and gain confidence in your parenting. With compassionate guidance, parents can strengthen their relationships, manage overwhelm, and foster a healthier, more connected family dynamic.
Adults
Individual therapy offers a dynamic and unique space for clients to explore their relationships, thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Within the safety of a relationship with a skilled therapist, individuals can build awareness, understand patterns, learn new skills and develop self-compassion. With therapeutic interventions tailored to your specific needs, you can feel truly seen and understood in ways that will help you move forward.

Psychedelic integration refers to the ongoing process of honoring and exploring material that arises during and after a psychedelic experience. This can involve a wide range of activities, including psychotherapy—maximize therapeutic benefits and minimize harm from psychedelic experiences. Music, art, movement/bodywork, and being in nature can all contribute to the integration of these experiences.
